I bought these for my daughter's upcoming graduation party. The shipping updates weren't great, but they were delivered within a day of the original estimate. They were nicely packaged so that everything stayed flat, nothing was bent or messed up. Would definitely order again!

My daughter loved this personal touch sign. I suggest putting together in advance and placing in a box flat to protect it. It takes a bit to string it and line up letters, etc. customer service was helpful too.
